Post to the Mailing List
Send a message to our discussion mailing list, discuss@blug.brown.edu. There are almost a hundred list members, and many are more than happy to answer questions or render assistance.
Chat on IRC
If you need a question answered quickly, you can join our IRC channel on Freenode. There are usually several BLUG members idling in the channel.
Come to a Meeting
During the school year, BLUG holds weekly meetings. Meetings are never too busy, so there's always time to help with a problem. If possible, you should bring your computer so a BLUG member can examine the problem hands-on.
Check the Wiki
The BLUG Wiki is an excellent resource for Linux-related information. There may be an article there that could help you.
